Coriander Leaves

Soak a few coriander leaves in water for 10-15 minutes. Then stir it with your spoon and keep sipping on it throughout the day. Don’t gulp it down at once- savor and sip it at fixed intervals.

 

Drink Orange Juice

Orange juice helps in the reduction of LDL cholesterol in the body. So, don’t go miserly on it and drink it as much as you can. It won’t harm your body.

 

Almonds

Since this is one of the most delicious items on the list, you can use it in three different ways- one, where you simply chew it. Two, where you mix it with milk and make a delicious dessert, and three- where you soak it in water and apply it directly to the spots. Each method works equally well and you will see a reduction in your cholesterol deposits soon.
